The following are the Terms & Conditions of the SmartFlow Checkup program:

  • Participating in this program is by invitation only.

  • People’s Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. (“PPM”) reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.

  • PPM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any assessment at any time at its discretion.

  • The assessment shall be performed by a Florida Certified Master Plumber to inspect for any cracks or damages to the pipes connecting to and from the grease trap and the grease trap’s condition. 

  • The scope of the assessment may include checking the condition of manhole covers, ensuring manhole covers are in good condition, opening manhole covers to inspect the trap's inlet and outlet, assessing the proper functioning of the inlet and outlet, measuring the level of liquid waste from the bottom of the tank to the surface, and evaluate the thickness of the grease layer on top.

  • Appointments for assessment are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

  • PPM shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from, resulting from, or in connection to the assessment.

  • This program shall not include any repairs or maintenance identified throughout the assessment.

  • The assessment shall be conducted in accordance with all state and local laws and regulations governing liquid waste management and plumbing.

  • By participating in this program, the business agrees to the terms and conditions of this program and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.

  • The Client hereby consents and agrees through their participation in this program to grant and license to PPM the rights to digitize, modify, alter, edit, adapt, create derivative works, display, publicly perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, reproduce, exploit, sell, rent, license, otherwise use, and permit others to use in any and all media and formats and by any and all technologies and means of delivery whether now or hereafter known or devised any and all photographs, videos, or images taken of PPM employees assisting, completing, or in the process of the assessment.
